Had a wonderful b’day present last week in the form of a visit from my kid sister. She lives in Delhi so getting together means juggling schedules, pet sitters, airplane tickets, figuring out touristsy stuff for the kids to do, and other madness. It’s a whole project to organize, and a major expense besides. So how cool was it that she had an all-expenses-paid work trip to NYC, and could just add a week in Boston to it? Just in time for my b’day! Only downside is that she left today. Time to start planning the next vacation … argh! I can feel a headache coming on already!

So excited to have my first blogosphere interview up on Paula Kay McLaughlin's Writer Spotlight series. Paula started it to shine a light on serious unpubbed writers and their manuscripts. She's doing an interview every Tuesday, and this week it's my turn. I talk about my YA Historical STAR CURSED, my current work in progress, literary crushes, and other stuff. So, go on over and have a look HERE. Also, if you're an unpubbed writer, definitely check out the criteria to be on Paula's series, and contact her you'd like to be featured. You could be the next writer on Writer Spotlight!!
